Idol group INFINITE took the number one trophy on Mnet’s ‘M Countdown’ 3 weeks after their comeback.

INFINITE’s “The Chaser”, from their third mini-album ‘INFINITIZE’, was named the song of the week on the May 31st episode of Mnet’s ‘M Countdown’. But due to the summer reprogramming, ‘M Countdown’ aired a highlight special of all the artists that won first place this year. INFINITE’s victory was announced through a pre-recorded video that was aired during the special episode.

Meanwhile, the special episode featured performances from A Pink, T-ara, MBLAQ, FT Island, Se7en, miss A, Big Bang, SHINee, CNBLUE, Busker Busker, SISTAR, 4minute, Shinhwa and Girls’ Generation’s TaeTiSeo.
