Dutch magazine Stars dedicated four pages to K-pop in their most recent issue, becoming the first news media in that country to give such attention to Hallyu. Titled ‘Very 2012: Kpop conquers the world’, the article is a kind of Kpop for Dummies.‘K-pop: it’s almost impossible to escape it! In Asia and the USA Korean pop music is already popular, but in Europe, it’s only known with a small group of trendsetters. The trendy and distinctive looks and different music styles make these girlgroups and boybands absolutely hot.
