NU'EST and EXO-K have become rivals in the battle of the boy bands.
NU'EST is a 5-member group formed by JR, Aron, Baekho, Minhyun and Ren and is by Pledis, which houses After School, Son Dambi and more.
NU'EST made a splendid debut in March with their title song 'Face', which is combined with the new music genre, dubstep.'Face' is a song that talks about school violence, bullying and other social problems, and has expressed the teenagers' same feelings.Like NU'EST, gaining high anticipation in the first half of the year is EXO, a 12-member group that is formed by the 6 members Suho, Kai, Chanyeol, Sehun, Baekhyun and D.O, and EXO-M(Kris, Luhan, Xiumin, Chen, Tao, Lay) who is promoting in China at the same time.
Having just debuted in April, EXO-K's new song 'MAMA' reflects the feelings of being alienated, the contradictions and the lack of communications between people in the real and virtual world. The lyrics are not about love, but instead they point out the social problems in the society.
Both groups are songs that criticize the reality of the society, have powerful and strong vocals and dances that are rhythmic, earning the fans' hot responses. As to who will win in this NU'EST and EXO-K battle, it is drawing attention.
