Girl group After School expressed their deepest gratitude to Japanese Playgirlz (After School’s official fanclub) for the successful first concert tour in Japan.

On May 2nd, After School updated their official Japanese homepage with a special message. The girls wrote:

An applause for the tour’s staff too♪

Everybody, with the constant lack of sleep, we were prized with your smiles.
Thanks to that we wrapped the tour safely, and we were able to get to this point.
Also! More importantly!
Because all the Play Girlz Japan were cheering for us, we, AFTERSCHOOL were able to make it!!!

After School recently proved its popularity yet again with a sold out concert tour in Japan. The girls have performed in three cities including Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka and is planning for another concert in June.

According to Pledis Entertainment, “The girl group’s popularity was again proven, as the tickets for the show were sold out well in advance. Due to fans’ request, we have decided to put on an encore performance on June 17.”
