An online community posted new idol stars ranking and is drawing attention from netizens. The post was about establishing the ranking of idol stars based on their variety show appeal.

According to the post, groups that received the above average ranking were Super Junior, G.O.D, Girls’ Generation.

A netizen explained, “Super Junior is the real deal when it comes to variety show entertainment, and g.o.d were the best of their time.” In regards to Girls’ Generation, the netizen wrote, “Girls’ Generation is either on top or the middle rank, but there are no female idols that are as good in variety as them.”

Groups that received the average ranking were 2PM, 2AM, MBLAQ, T-ara, and Big Bang. While Secret, f(x), SHINee, 4minute, Kara, BEAST, miss A and TVXQ ranked amongst the bottom.

The legendary idol group Shinhwa was labeled as the ‘gods’ of entertainment television, while the Wonder Girls were chosen as the group that had “Disaster” level variety show skills. The netizen wrote, “Wonder Girls opened the hell gates for JYP’s entrance into variety shows.”
