The 2011 hit drama, “Heartstrings”, starring CNBLUE’s Jung Yonghwa and actress Park Shin Hye will soon begin airing in Japan.

On May 16th, CNBLUE’s agency, FNC Entertainment reported that “Heartstrings” will start airing on the Japanese channel Fuji TV in July at night time.

“Heartstrings” originally aired on MBC TV from June to August of last year. The drama revolved around the lives of college students who dream of becoming musicians. In the series, Yonghwa played the role of Lee Shin, a student majoring in guitar.

In addition, the drama OST “Because I Miss You”, which was composed by Yonghwa himself, earned a wide-spread love as well. CNBLUE’s drummer Kang Min Hyuk also appeared in the series, playing the role of cute drummer Yeo Jun Hee.
