Beyonce's choreographer Jonte, who also choreographed for Wonder Girls, uploaded this video and then removed it from online but.. it's been re uploaded of course.

The first song is by Gangkiz (can hear them filming for it here). The girls in the video are the Hotchicks who choreograph for T-ara in the past (they've tweeted about it).

T-ara's song is the second one! You can hear Hwayoung's rapping and Hyomin, Soyeon and Eunjung's part really clearly
